After we received your payment, we will email your paypal address to confirm your shipping address.

By Default, we will use UPS Ground as delivery way for most countries, and EMS to some countries (Russia, Poland and so), which will cost around 2 weeks. If you need faster shipping, please contact us for alternative solutions, additional charge may apply due to change of shipping.

We will ship the product after you confirmed your shipping address. We usually ship the product the same day when the products are in stock.

We will receive a tracking number after we shipped your order .

After received the product, you may need to contact us for additional customer service, including product active, software upgrade and any problem you want to figure out.
